How long have you been in business?
     We opened Metropolis Beef Jerky Co. on April 1, 2001.

What kind of meat do you use?
     We use select grade inside round Black Angus beef and we also use fresh turkey breast for our Turkey Jerky.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?
     We ship throughout Illinois via Priority Mail.  Average time from placing the order to delivery is 2-4 days.

Are you licensed to be selling jerky or do you do it from your basement or something?
     We are licensed and inspected locally by our city health department. 

Is your jerky low in carbs?
     We have 12 flavors of jerky that only have 1.5 grams of carbs per ounce and our new flavor Western Style has ZERO CARBS.  Complete nutritional information is available upon request.
